Needless to say the Echo was good. I guess that's the unoffiocial word at this time, but there don't seem to be any issues withe surgery site. Las t I heard she was eating like a little piggy again too.

Love the pictures of Sara and Olivia:)
ReplyDeleteWhat a precious little sweetie! She is so adorable - I can't wait till she's home and settled in to come see her. :-)
ReplyDeleteGreat news. She still remains in my prayers. Tough little girl!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad to hear things are going well. We are thinking about you and praying for little Olivia Anne! Ben, we have never met, but I have known your gorgeous wife since before Kindergarten (I have photographic evidence). I feel I almost know you through the blogs. They are so well written. When Olivia is feeling better, I would love to meet you both!
ReplyDeleteI can only imagine how much more you must love her going through all of this. Sara looks content, at least as much as we can see of her face. I adore that warm bundle in her arms.
ReplyDeleteGiven the trauma and all, these results aren't too surprising. A few days after heart surgery, I developed a fever. Mind you so did about 7 other people on the unit ... a bad electronic thermometer had everyone with fevers!

ReplyDeleteThank you -- that gave me a chuckle - Ben
Oh, the joy of relying on technology. My first fever was 103, to which I told the nurse it wasn't because if it was I'd be dozing off all the time. (Fevers make me drift in and out of consciousness) When she tried again a bit later and got 107, a lightbulb glowed bright on top of her head! It was fun watching her run around like a chicken with her head cut off!
